This notice applies globally. Additional rights may apply based on where you live, where Luxe Prime operates, and which Luxe Prime entity contracts with you.

1. Who we are

Luxe Prime operates through Luxe Prime Ventures Llc in the United States, Luxe Prime Ventures UK Limited in the United Kingdom, and Luxe Prime Ventures GE Llc in Georgia. The entity identified in your quotation, contract, invoice, order confirmation or regional notice is normally responsible for your personal information.

Unless another entity is expressly identified, the controller and primary website operator is Luxe Prime Ventures Llc, 677 North Washington Boulevard, STE 26, Sarasota, Florida 34236, United States. During the current launch phase, online payments are processed for the US entity only.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • contact and identity information, including your name, role, email, telephone number and address;
  • company, account and profile information used to create and administer your client access;
  • project files, requirements, messages, support requests, approvals and other material you choose to upload;
  • quotation, contract, electronic-signature, invoice, order, tax and payment-status information;
  • hardware-shop order, delivery, return and customer-service information;
  • device, browser, IP address, approximate location, security-event and usage information; and
  • communication preferences and any information you provide through enquiries, events or business discussions.

Payment card data is collected by our payment provider and is not intended to pass through Luxe Prime systems. We receive transaction references, status, limited billing details and fraud signals needed to reconcile a payment.

3. Sources of information

We collect information directly from you; from your employer, colleagues or authorized project contacts; automatically from devices and security systems; from service providers involved in a transaction; and, where appropriate, from public or commercially available business sources.

4. How and why we use information

We process personal information only where we have a lawful and legitimate reason, including to:

  • respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering a contract;
  • deliver projects, professional services, support, hardware orders and client-portal features;
  • authenticate users, enforce permissions, prevent fraud and defend our systems and clients;
  • issue quotations, contracts and invoices and administer payments, refunds and accounting;
  • comply with legal, tax, regulatory, audit and recordkeeping obligations;
  • operate, troubleshoot and improve our website, applications and service quality;
  • protect our rights, users, personnel, property and business; and
  • send relevant business communications where you consent or where permitted by law, with an opt-out in every marketing message.

Where UK or similar data-protection law applies, our lawful bases may include contract, steps before contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, consent and, in rare cases, protection of vital interests. We do not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

5. When we share information

We may share the minimum necessary information with:

  • other Luxe Prime entities and authorized personnel supporting the relevant engagement;
  • hosting, database, security, communications, analytics, electronic-signature, commerce, logistics and support providers;
  • payment providers such as Stripe and commerce platforms such as Shopify where used;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers and financing or transaction counterparties under appropriate duties; and
  • courts, regulators, law enforcement or other parties where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.

Our current platform may use Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase, Stripe and Shopify for relevant infrastructure or transaction functions. These providers process information under their own terms and/or our service agreements. We do not sell personal information for money and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. International data transfers

Luxe Prime operates across the United States, United Kingdom and Georgia, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where transfer restrictions apply, we use an approved transfer mechanism, contractual safeguards, transfer assessment or another lawful basis, and we apply security controls appropriate to the information and risk.

7. How long we retain information

We retain information only while it serves the purpose described in this notice and as required for legal, security, tax, contractual or dispute-resolution needs. Retention is determined by the record type, sensitivity, relationship status and applicable law.

  • general enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact;
  • account and active-project records are retained for the relationship and a reasonable period afterward;
  • contracts, invoices, payment and core business records may be retained for up to seven years or longer when law or a dispute requires it; and
  • security and technical logs are retained for periods proportionate to threat detection, investigation and operational needs.

We delete, anonymize or securely isolate information when its retention period ends, subject to backups and legal holds.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or a copy of your information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling; and appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Submit a request to admin@luxeprime.net. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. You may also complain to the regulator or supervisory authority responsible in your jurisdiction, including the UK Information Commissioner where applicable.

9. Security and account protection

We use layered administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, managed secrets, logging, monitoring, backups and stronger authentication options. No system is immune from every threat, so users must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected misuse.

10. Cookies, analytics and security technologies

We use essential technologies needed for navigation, authentication, language choice, security and fraud prevention. We may also use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate site performance. Before enabling non-essential advertising or similar tracking, we will provide any consent controls required by applicable law. Cloudflare Turnstile or comparable tools may process technical signals to distinguish legitimate users from abuse.

11. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect a child’s personal information through this website. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization.

12. Updates and contact

We may update this notice as our services, providers or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version and its effective date and provide additional notice where a material change requires it. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to admin@luxeprime.net.
